Tis the season with long nights and early mornings. No sleep and lots of Coffee.

We are looking forward to some baby calves to start hitting the ground at the ranch soon. That is my favorite time of the year. 

Last Christmas Eve, we purchased bred cows from Lost Creek Red Angus. They are beautiful and very well behaved. They are due to calve at the end of March. I am very excited to see these girls work for the ranch. Here are some photos of them while we branded and retagged them.  It was a chilly day!  I made sure to wear my Wild Rag! 😉 

Zack and I both agreed on a new Christmas tradition… buying cows!
